Gaetano is currently a contractor for Amazon in Seattle, WA. He works as an Ops design Engineer for the Operations design team, working on the ARS fulfillment center buildings for North America. This job entails working with MHE engineers, architects, construction, Amazon Robotics team and on site teams to create a complicated composite drawing of these buildings for construction.
Previously Gaetano moved to Seattle to work with Pacific Studio as a technical designer. This work consisted of AutoCad shop drawings from 3D models of museum exhibits. Working with many different disciplines to create a lasting exhibit for the public. These exhibits include, Burke Museum, University of Nebraska at Lincoln, Gateway Arch Museum at the St. Louis archway, Yellow Stone National Park, Mercer Slough.
Before moving to Seattle, he worked as an Architectural Intern at Hyman Hayes Associates in Albany NY. Finished his Bachelors of Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and has a minor in architectural acoustics. While at RPI he pursued a Masters in the Science of Management, with a concentration in Marketing and New Product Development, from the Lally School of Managment, at Rensselaer.
